New Stuff: New Flesh, Armor, Wall, Fist Hit, Swing, Bow Shoot sounds. The old shop has been removed, new "Availability Shop", now has a limited amount of items and refreshes every few hours.* New Material System. ( WIP ) A new way to view server logs, that is available to everyone. - http://d2.anotherway.lt/  Reworks: Objectives have been fully rewritten.   They are split into separate level categories [1-5,6-15,16-25,26-35,36-45,46-55,56-65,66-75],   You can now kill multiple mobs to complete objectives based on your nearby level categories. The objective monster kill requirement is also reworked. - Objective kill amount now varies on your level and on the mobs you kill. Reworked Spawn NPC system. ( along with the new animated models. ) Reworked many NPCs with new material shop menus, and buy/sell/repair menu reworks. ( Repair/Sell/Buy prices are reworked as well. ) Reworked Herb gathering. ( Now smoother and easier to gather. ) Hitting rocks will set your attack speed to 0.4. ( No more disadvantage to using slower weapons. ) Reworked item identifying. Reworked item drop from mob rarity chances. Fixes: Fixed Visual Armor Models duplicating. Fixed Double rng to get objectives. ( Had to win lottery two times to get the price. ) Fixed Class not showing up in chat if the player doesn't select a specialization. Fixed Monsters disappearing at the edge of the screen.* Fixed Damage Taken/Done text in the middle disappearing too fast. Fixed Rapid Fire working after in other specializations  Misc. Changes: Added bow-shoot sound to each rapid-fire shot. Newly created characters will have starter gear.   Rogues - Bows & Bolts, Fast 1h Sword.   Warrior - Slow 2h Sword.   Shaman - one 1h Sword with intellect, and one with Agility. Brought back the day/night cycle. You can no longer see your own Health Bar. Monster idle sounds are now less likely to be played. Changed explosive arrow explosion effect. Chat Notifications (Cube, Herb, Rock) - yes1#3531 Changed resources folder data structure. ( You'll have to redownload all of the server resources again. ) Readjusted Dropped gold amount from monsters. Monster respawns are readjusted and are now based on their max level. -   [<= 15: 2-3 | <= 25: 2-4 | <= 35: 3-5 | <= 45: 3-5 | <= 55: 4-6 | <= 65: 5-8 | <= 75: 7-10] Added Falling damage effect. Reworked Thunder effect, now has delayed sound effect + random lightning hitting the ground. Added light effect to certain spells. MAP VOTING - Removed GUI Map selection. ( Back to menus)  Promised Alpha Tester titles have been given to - ^NoVa., Sixin, Beligon, Lamuras, OldSchoolIsBack. These titles will be there forever, and they are no longer obtainable. Per paskutinius keleta mėnėsiu su testerių komandą dirbom ties serverio stabilumų. Sutaisėm daug crashu, pridėjom quality-of-life atnaujinimų. Fixes: - Fixed Snake hitbox - Fixed Models not applying for bows. - Fixed Players being able to attack each other with melee attacks in the safe zone. - Fixed numerous crashes. - Fixed some class specialization names not showing up in chat. - Fixed radar, heal, etc. sometimes showing up. - Fixed wrong models showing up when spectating somebody. - There were so many fixes that most of them were not included in the log. New Stuff: Added a new Mailbox system. Added floating damage numbers above monsters. Added new Copper and Silver currencies. (100 copper = 1 silver / 100 silver = 1 gold.) Reworks: Major item rework in progress. Reworked Cube Rewards. (1 Cube now spawns always by default, and one more for every 2 players.) Reworked Arrows, now stackable up to 5000. Reworked Horadric Points shop. (Reworked shop elements.) Reworked Health Bars. (Full rewrite of the code, bug fixes, and performance improvements.)Â Reworked Ore and Herb spawning. Reworked Needed XP amounts and mob XP. Class Changes: Added new Enhancement Shaman passive - Frozen Power. Frost Shock now roots the target for 2 seconds and has a 4-second slow afterward. All warrior spells now have a 1-second global cooldown. Hamstring / Rupture and similar type spell firing have been reworked. Added new Warrior skills - Rend and Heroic Strike. Misc Changes: Removed 2h Axes, they will no longer be obtainable. Existing weapons will now have different attack ranges. Herbs gathering is now faster. Identifying items now grants XP. Lady Sylvanas is now selling consumables on the market. (Limited supply.) Different Arrow Types will now have different speeds. Arrows will aim towards the direction they are flying. The sockets are back. All weapon models have been set by default to the right hand. Updated market item info. Market quality-of-life changes. Potions' hp/mana regen amount now shows up at the top of the screen. Added back the music player, and now it only plays music in the safe zone. Added hud message in the middle when aiming at a rock/herb or NPC with a small instruction on how to interact with it. Added 34 new flower models, and flowers now give specific material based on the flower model. Added 7 new rock models, which now give specific material based on the flower model. Rocks also have different HP amounts, and there are two types of each ore (Normal & Rich). We took our time working on all of this. Our aim was and will always be to keep everything consistent, AnotherWay believes in quality. We won’t be covering any new abilities or skill balancing in this changelog, as it remains a volatile topic. Another not-so minor thing that won't be mentioned in this changelog are the "Optimizations": we've put a great deal of effort into optimizing old and/or outdated systems and functions that been there since or before the initial release. NEW FEATURES The old market system has been removed and replaced with a new auction system. Features of the new auction system: The main page is now organized into item categories for easier navigation. Clicking on a category will display all listed items of that type. Listings are sorted by lowest price. When browsing equipable items, item stats will be compared. You can now set price per unit. Each listing now has a duration that can be set to 12, 24, or 48 hours. When a listing expires, the items are mailed to seller. Purchased and withdrawn items are also mailed to the buyer or seller. Newly unlocked skills are now automatically assigned to a free slot. Added a "None" option to the skill menu for classes that use bows. Enchanted items now have an enchant specific glow. ( Can only be seen on P_ models aka you can only see the glow on other players. ) Magic & Ranged attacks can now critical strike. Broken items now can be equipped but will not give any stats. Separate hud for quests/objectives auras and mail notification on the right side of the screen. New Daily Rewards System. You can now choose from a selection of specific rewards each day. The only requirement is to be active for a certain amount of time to redeem the rewards. You can now switch between 90, 100 FOV settings. Added a sound when player opens the chest. Added a new sound when somebody mentions(or whispers) you in the chat. Added the ability to whisper: /whisper(/w) name Akka sends a message that only Sixin can see. /w Sixin helu /reply(/r) name Sixin replying with Hallo. ( Only Akka can see it. ) /r Hallo Added /roll command. Character Statistics. Account Statistics. ( Also has combined character statistics. ) Cross Server features: Ability to detect if a player is already online on one of our servers. Cross-server chat. Reputations. Improve relations with the NPC's to unlock higher-quality services from them. Reputations are account wide. Items now have quality. If item's quality is 80%, it will have 20% less stats. Items can now have effects. Zombie Slayer - Tier Z ( Zombies, Mummies ) will no longer explode. Azure Wrath - Damaging enemies with spells has a chance to summon a meteor that deals AOE damage. Account & Character feature unlocks. Some features only need to be unlocked once per account, such as gathering Rocks, Herbs, Skins & Cubes, NPC's, etc. Other features must be unlocked separately for each character, including Daily Rewards, skills, repairing, etc. XP Sharing for people who assisted in killing monster. NPCS New Norgannon ( Enchanter ) NPC. Reworked Enchanting: No longer RNG-based. Obtain exact enchantments using new materials from disenchanting. Higher-quality enchantments are unlocked through reputations. Disenchanting: Disenchant items dropped from monsters to obtain materials for enchanting. Grants reputation based on item level requirement. ( Ranging from 4 to 20. ) Break Enchantments: Removing an enchantment from an item now costs 50 gold and grants 5 reputation. Reworked Malfurion ( Jeweler ) NPC. Reworked gem crafting menu. Higher quality gems now require higher reputation standing with Malfurion. Reworked gem extracting menu. Added a menu to buy Mystery Mining Bags. ( Contains mining materials, obviously. ) Reworked Sylvanas ( Alchemist ) NPC. Added an indicator showing the number of identifiable items. Reworked Buy/Sell menu into a single "Shop" option. New consumable crafting menu. Use herbs to craft consumables. Higher potency consumables will require a higher reputation standing with Sylvanas. Reset Stat Points & Specialization are now cheaper for the first few resets, gradually becoming more expensive. Reworked Neltharion ( Blacksmith ) NPC Reworked Buy/Sell menu into a single "Shop" option Added bunch of possible filters when buying items. New crafting menu. New smelting menu. Improved Repairing menu. Reworked Campfire ( Cooking ) new cooking menu. FIXES Fixed Heroic Strike damage type. Fixed monsters instantly disappearing after they die which caused them to stop spawning. Fixed Durability not being saved. Fixed random lightning not being visible. Fixed player death not detecting a correct killer. Fixed Necromancer skill "Bone Armor" getting reset after using it sometimes. Fixed force equip for rings. Fixed bow still being drawn after unequipping bolts/arrows. And many more.. BALANCING Weapons can have varying attack ranges (longer/shorter) and attack speeds (slower/faster) however we've decided to keep all weapon ranges and attack speeds default except maybe with some cases in the future. All classes have been rebalanced. There are too many changes, so we won't be covering them in this . Rogue energy now regenerates at 1 per 0.15second rate ( Used to regenerate 10 every second. ) Base damage of all classes changed from 5 -> 10. Reworked defense stat priority for all damage types. REWORKS Chest has been reworked with a lot of QoL additions. Holding CTRL to withdraw a specific amount of materials, consumables, etc.. Option to deposit all gems / sockets / materials. & more... Reworked chat formatting. new: [SomeTitle] « Lv.40 | SHAMAN » Akka -> Reworked Equipping item menu with QoL additions. Added Item compare. You can now see Enchant and Socket Types in the item list. Reworked Repair pricing. Reworked Title System for easy assignment of unique titles. Reworked Paragon menu. Reworked Herbs & Rock spawning method. Instead of multiple Herbs or Rocks spawning simultaneously every 3 minutes, they will now spawn one by one. Each Herb and Rock spawn point now has a cooldown period, preventing it from being reused for the next few spawns. Herbs will spawn individually every 15-30 seconds, with a maximum of 10 existing Herbs at a time. Rocks will spawn individually every 45-65 seconds, with a maximum of 10 existing Rocks at a time. Reworked Aura System. ( Buffs & Debuffs ) All issues with the old system have been fixed. Auras can now have precise durations, allowing for more accurate crowd control effects Auras can now persist trough maps. MISC. STUFF Added a couple new sky boxes. Quest objectives now have a glow. Player can now wear a second ring only after reaching level 35. Monsters now get incinerated upon entering spawn area. REMOVED FEATURES Removed XP from monster kill assists. Removed Necromancer Skill Teeth.1 point
